AAZZUR and Channel Capital in Integrated Lending Partnership

Integrated finance fintech AAZZUR has partnered with alternative asset manager Channel Capital to forge an integrated lending partnership that will see AAZZUR support Channel’s digital SME lending strategy.

Channel has already invested significantly in developing proprietary systems using APIs, open banking and cloud-based technologies to provide much-needed financing to small businesses, the companies say. AAZZUR will use its front-end expertise to create interfaces capable of transforming these systems into end-user ready products.

In turn, Channel will provide capital for AAZZUR’s integrated lending products for SMEs through its digital lending offering. This will allow AAZZUR to augment its own offering for B2B customers with SME customers, providing them with a fast and frictionless funding experience.

The partnership will be “beneficial for both companies”

Philipp Buschmann, CEO of AAZZUR, said, “I have been following Channel’s investments in the integrated lending space closely for some time now and I am delighted that we have been able to partner with them. Like us, Channel is committed to facilitating API integration and providing transparent B2B funding. I am certain that this partnership will be extremely beneficial for both companies as we work together to improve the financial lives of our clients and their customers. »

Walter Gontarek, CEO of Channel, adds: “We are delighted to partner with AAZZUR to provide vital financing to SMEs. Our combined expertise and shared desire to break down existing barriers to doing business means we are well positioned to make a real difference for small businesses, while providing attractive investment opportunities for our clients.

Berlin-based AAZZUR enables businesses to build a brand new mobile banking app from scratch or enhance their existing offering in just weeks with its modular smart banking platform. Its embeddable Smart Finance Blocks enable clients to improve their clients’ financial lives through integrated wealth management services, budgeting tools, insurance, carbon offset programs and more.
